HOW TO TRANSFER PICTURES FROM YOUR TIGERTEXT TO KINNSER.

This is a HIPAA compliant procedure to transfer your pictures such as wound, documents from your TigerText message to Kinnser Software.

PART 1 - DOWNLOADING IMAGES FROM TIGERTEXT

1. Open your TigerText account using any web browser. (www.tigertext.com) 2. Enter your username and password. 3. Go to your specific group or message with the image. 4. Click the image. 5. Click "Download", specify the location where you want to save your image. 6. Done.

PART 2 - UPLOADING IMAGES TO KINNSER SOFTWARE

1. Using another browser open (www.kinnser.net). 2. Enter your username and password. 3. Go to "Hotbox" or any document you want to upload the image. 4. Example: If it is a wound go to "Wound Assessment". 5. Go to "Attachment", browse your image file and Click "Upload". 6. Done.
